Drophello Technologies Private Limited ("the Company", "we", "us") offers a suite of WhatsApp marketing, AI-powered automation, messaging workflows, and business communication tools under the names Drophello and CurlX (collectively, the "Solution").

This Privacy Policy, together with our Terms & Conditions available at https://drophello.com, explains how we collect, use, process, and protect your information. By using the Solution you accept the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Clicking the "Agree" button or submitting personal information is considered your acceptance of this Policy and consent to be contacted by us or our affiliates.

Changes to the Privacy Policy

We treat your information in accordance with applicable Indian laws and regulations. This Policy may be modified due to business, legal, or regulatory reasons and will be updated online. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes. Continued use of the Solution after modifications constitutes acceptance.

"Personal Information" means information that can identify you and may include:

• Phone numbers, email addresses
• Incoming/outgoing WhatsApp messages
• Device and system identifiers
• Campaign interaction details and preferences

How we collect, use & share your information

A. Collection

We may collect personal information when you sign up, use API integrations, upload contacts, participate in campaigns, purchase services, or communicate with support.

B. Usage

We may use your information to:

• Validate and process access to the Solution
• Handle orders, subscriptions and transactions
• Improve product performance and UX
• Provide customer support and dispute resolution
• Provide marketing and promotional communications
• Detect and prevent fraud and abuse
• Enforce Terms & Conditions and comply with law

C. Sharing

We may share your information with:

• Third-party service providers — WhatsApp Business Platform, cloud hosting, analytics, payment gateways, AI processing services, SMS/Email partners, support tools.
• Legal & compliance — to comply with law, detect fraud, or protect rights and safety.

Non-personal information we collect

Non-personal information may include device identifiers, usage logs, browser/user agent, API interaction data, and aggregated analytics. When combined with personal information, it will be treated as personal information.

We use non-personal information to improve product performance, provide updates, and support internal analytics and product development.

WhatsApp Cloud API (Meta infrastructure)

Drophello rely on Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API for WhatsApp messaging. By using our platform, you acknowledge that:

• Your WhatsApp data will reside on Meta’s Cloud API infrastructure.
• Data may be stored in data centers located in the United States or European Union.
• Data localization for WhatsApp infrastructure is not supported by Drophello.

Location services

The Solution may access and process location data using device GPS (if enabled), Bluetooth/Wi‑Fi signals, or IP-based geolocation to improve service accuracy, analytics and security. Location data is collected anonymously unless personal identification is required.

Cookies

We use permanent and temporary cookies for analytics, login sessions, personalization, and marketing/tracking pixels. To the extent an IP address or similar identifier is considered personal information under local law, we treat it accordingly.

Third-party services, links & ads

The Solution may include links to external services (Meta, payment providers, analytics platforms). These are governed by their own privacy policies — we are not responsible for their practices or content. Use of third-party services is at your own risk.

Access, correction & deletion

You are responsible for ensuring information you provide is accurate. Deletion or withdrawal of consent may limit access to features. We may refuse deletion or correction requests if required by law, necessary for compliance, or technically impractical (e.g., backups).

Processing of information

We, along with affiliates and authorized service providers, may process your data for service delivery, analytics, AI model training (anonymized), fraud prevention, and marketing unless you opt out.

Waiver of liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Solution, data loss caused by third-party platforms (including Meta/WhatsApp), or losses due to downtime. Use of the Solution is at your own risk.
