Customer First

1. Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial to all new users, allowing access to our core platform features and a trial of selected add-ons like chatbot flows. Your credit card is required to start your trial, and you will not be charged during this period.

2. Paid Subscriptions

Once the free trial ends and a user chooses to subscribe to a paid DropHello plan, payments are non-refundable. The free trial gives users enough time to test the platform and decide if DropHello meets their needs.

If you're not satisfied, you can cancel your trial before it ends and avoid any charges. After subscribing, users may cancel anytime to prevent renewal, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following are non-refundable due to resource allocation and incurred costs:

  • DropHello subscription plans
  • WhatsApp Conversation Credits (WCCs) - Credits are consumed upon usage
  • Add-ons and one-time setup services (e.g., chatbot development, custom integrations)
  • Third-party integrations - Costs passed through to external providers

4. Technical Issues

If you experience persistent technical issues that make the platform unusable, and these are confirmed by our support team, we may issue a partial or full refund at our discretion.

What qualifies as a technical issue?

Platform downtime exceeding our SLA, critical bugs preventing core functionality, or service failures verified by our technical team that cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Unauthorized Transactions

In the event of any unauthorized or fraudulent charges, please contact us immediately at support@drophello.com.

Once verified, we will issue a full refund for the disputed transaction. We take security seriously and will investigate all reported incidents thoroughly.

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

No refunds will be issued for the remaining period unless exceptional circumstances apply, subject to review by our team.

Important: Canceling your subscription does not automatically delete your account or data. You will retain access until the end of your billing period.
