Data Deletion Policy
At Drophello (operated under Curlx), we respect your privacy and provide full control over your data. This Data Deletion Policy explains how users and businesses can request the removal of their information from our systems.
1. What Data Can Be Deleted?
Upon request, we permanently delete:
- User account information
- WhatsApp Cloud API credentials
- Connected phone numbers & business assets
- Message templates, automation flows, bots
- Message logs, campaign data, and chat histories
- Analytics, metadata, and activity records
Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered.
2. How to Request Data Deletion
You may request data deletion using any of the following methods:
- Email us at support@drophello.com using your registered email.
- Use the “Delete Account / Data Removal” button inside your Drophello Dashboard.
- Submit a request through: https://www.drophello.com/contact
3. Deletion Timeline
After receiving a valid request, all associated data is permanently deleted within:
7–14 business days.
4. Meta / WhatsApp Permissions
Users can revoke Drophello’s access to Meta / WhatsApp Business API at any time through:
Facebook ? Settings ? Business Integrations.
Once revoked, all API-based data syncing stops immediately, and we purge remaining linked data from our system.
5. Backup & Retention Note
After deletion, Drophello does not keep any backup copies of your data. All deletion actions are final and irreversible.
